e) Practitioner profiles
Profiles of practitioners renting I‑CA.RE offices are published exclusively after the practitioner's explicit written validation. Profiles may include: first name, last name, professional photograph, specialty, biography written or validated by the practitioner, topics addressed, external booking link (Doctolib, Crénolibre or the practitioner's personal website). Practitioners may request the removal of their profile at any time by email to contact@i-ca.re; removal is effective within 30 days.
f) Google Reviews
For practitioners with a public Google Business Profile who have notified I‑CA.RE, their Patient Space profile may display the average rating and latest public reviews retrieved from the Google Places API. These reviews remain the property of their authors and Google; they are reproduced with source attribution, a direct link to the original Google profile, and the date of last synchronisation. No moderation or filtering is performed by I‑CA.RE on these reviews.
4. Purpose of Processing
- • Responding to enquiries sent via the contact form
- • Following up with persons who have expressed investor interest
- • Managing investor prospect tracking
- • Improving website functionality
- • Producing visitor statistics (if consented)
- • Connecting patients who wish to be matched with a I‑CA.RE network practitioner suited to their need
- • Publicly presenting practitioners renting I‑CA.RE offices who have validated their profile
- • Displaying public Google reviews of the practitioners concerned, as verifiable information for patients
No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties.
5. Legal Basis
- • User consent (forms, cookies)
- • Legitimate interest of I‑CA.RE for enquiry and prospect follow-up
- • Explicit consent of the practitioner for the publication of their profile
- • Patient consent for the transmission of their request to one or more network practitioners ("Describe my need" form)
- • Legitimate interest of I‑CA.RE for patient-practitioner matching and for presenting the network of tenant practitioners
6. Data Retention
- Contact enquiries: up to 3 years from last exchange
- Investor prospects: up to 5 years from last contact
- Browsing data: in accordance with applicable cookie legislation
- "Describe my need" form requests: 2 years from last exchange, or deletion on request
- Practitioner profiles: retained as long as the practitioner rents an I‑CA.RE office and has not requested removal
- Local cache of Google Reviews: automatically refreshed weekly, archived for 30 days after a practitioner leaves, then deleted

The website is hosted by:

I‑CA.RE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data security and confidentiality.
8. Data Recipients
Data is intended exclusively for I‑CA.RE. It may be processed by the following sub-processors, acting on behalf of I‑CA.RE and in compliance with the GDPR:
- Hosting and infrastructure: INFOMANIAK NETWORK SA (Switzerland), Lovable (Sweden), Supabase (United States, Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Google Places API: Google Ireland Limited, for retrieval of public Google reviews of network practitioners
- Patient request routing tool: to be confirmed before the concierge form goes live (Brevo, HubSpot or equivalent)
No patient data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
9. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
