Spaces designed for care, built to last
I‑CA.RE was born from a simple conviction: care and wellbeing professions deserve spaces genuinely adapted to their human, relational and professional demands.
Confidentiality, acoustic quality, comfort, professional image, patient welcome — these dimensions cannot be improvised. They must be considered from the very design of the space.
We transform urban ground floors into workspaces suited to contemporary therapeutic practices, reconciling architectural rigour with a deep understanding of usage.
A vision driven by two complementary expertises
I‑CA.RE is an independent, family-backed property company. It draws on the convergence of care expertise and proven real estate and technical mastery.

Co-founder
Nicolas Idelot
A real-estate entrepreneur, Nicolas founded IDN Capital in 2019, a Bordeaux-based investment firm that structures, transforms and develops complex real-estate assets — office, healthcare, shared residential — across Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
IDN Capital relies on an ecosystem of independent companies covering the full value chain: complex real-estate engineering and refurbishment with Rivage, strategic advisory with IDNéa, interior construction with INside BAT, shared housing with co-liv.ing.
I‑CA.RE is the health and wellbeing branch of this ecosystem: it transforms urban ground floors into spaces dedicated to care, paramedical practice and wellbeing.
Nicolas oversees the structuring of operations, architectural quality, regulatory compliance and the long-term durability of assets.
Co-founder
Jazmin Cousins
A brief-therapy practitioner based in Bordeaux, Jazmin supports children from age 6, adolescents and adults dealing with post-traumatic stress, depression, anxiety and burnout. She helps overcome trauma, emotional distress and relationship difficulties — whether family, friendship, romantic or professional.
Her approach is integrative and humanistic. She pays particular attention to the quality of the therapeutic relationship, emotional safety and the setting in which care takes place.
Her daily experience of clinical practice directly shapes the design of I‑CA.RE spaces: a calming atmosphere, respect for confidentiality, acoustic quality, and a balance between intimacy and openness.
Where care meets real estate
Every I‑CA.RE space is designed at the intersection of two realities:
- The human demands of care
- The technical and urban constraints of real estate
We develop our assets progressively and with control, paying particular attention to local roots and quality of use.
Our ambition is not rapid growth, but the lasting creation of professional spaces suited to care and wellbeing professions.
