Each I‑CA.RE location comprises 7 to 10 private offices of 11 to 15 sqm, plus shared common areas: waiting room, restrooms and a break area. Offices are fully partitioned and soundproofed to ensure the confidentiality of exchanges.

The rent covers exclusive use of your office, access to common areas, maintenance of shared spaces, building insurance and running costs (water, communal electricity, internet). There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

Yes, each office is delivered turnkey: flooring, paint, lighting, electrical outlets and network are in place. You can start practising from day one. Furniture (desk, chair, décor) is your responsibility to personalise your space.

We offer flexible professional leases, generally 3 years renewable, with 6 months' notice. This can be adapted to your situation. Our goal is to offer stability while remaining flexible.

We ensure a coherent and respectful community. Practitioners are selected based on their professional practice, compatibility with other occupants and commitment to shared living rules. We favour care, allied health and wellbeing professions.

Yes, all our locations comply with disability access standards and regulatory requirements for establishments receiving the public. Patient welcome is considered from the design stage: signage, comfortable waiting room, ground-level access or lift.

Yes, if you need several spaces — for example for a practice requiring two rooms or to host a colleague — we can adapt the configuration. Contact us to discuss.
